Welcome to Nourish Therapy, an established group practice led by Anne Liblich, LCSW. We are committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive mental health services to individuals across Massachusetts and New York, and do so virtually in the comfort of your own home. Our areas of specialization encompass a broad range of mental health concerns, including eating disorders and body image challenges, mood disorders such as depression and bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, and specific phobias. We also provide expert support for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), relationship difficulties, family dynamics, and a variety of other personal stressors that can impact emotional well-being. Our goal is to offer compassionate, individualized care tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Eating Disorders 
  • Anorexia Nervosa
    Characterized by restricted eating, intense fear of gaining weight, and a distorted body image
  • Bulimia Nervosa
    Involves cycles of binge eating followed by compensatory behaviors like purging, fasting, or excessive exercise
  • Binge Eating Disorder
    Recurrent episodes of eating large quantities of food with a feeling of loss of control, without compensatory behaviors
  • Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID)
    Eating disturbance leading to significant weight loss, nutritional deficiency, or impaired functioning without concerns about body shape or weight
